Filled-to-capacity SUVs have already been spotted delivering gifts for our kids – and this is only week one of Holiday Giving deliveries!
Now through December 18, staff members at Genium Plaza and 54 Academy Road may be seeing some additional friendly faces at their building. These are our two main drop-off locations for the Northern Rivers Holiday Giving program. We also have the help of our friends at Rose Cleaners on Central Avenue in Albany, acting as a drop-off location.
In the next few weeks, if you run into a donor who seems a bit turned around, please point them toward Holly Saupp at Genium Plaza, or the Residential Building at 54 Academy Road.
If you have any questions about the Holiday Giving process, please get in touch with one of our wonderful representatives: Holly Saupp, Antoinette Bradley and Barbara Watson at Northeast and Bea Gioeni, Tammy Gollmer and Fran Altshuler at Parsons. If you agree they’re all fantastic for taking on the responsibility for the program – give them a shout-out in the comments, below!
While collections are starting to roll in, we are still recruiting donors, in order to provide gifts for all the kids and families under our care who are in need this Holiday Season. Want to lend a hand? There’s an easy way for you to help the recruitment efforts:
Visit our Holiday Giving post on the website, here. At the bottom of the post, click the Facebook or Twitter share button, and post the article to your wall or feed. It’s that easy to be a Holiday Giving ambassador.
Holiday Giving is a huge undertaking that would not be possible without dozens of staff members pitching in throughout the season. A huge thanks to all who make it possible!
