Quality Management

The Quality Management (QM) Department serves a critical role within Northern Rivers Family Services providing the expertise and analytic skills needed to support leadership and programs as they navigate through a rapidly changing economic and regulatory structure. Effectively addressing the uncertainties of a changing market and regulatory environment requires a risk management approach that is both preventive and proactive—one that not only minimizes the impact of critical incidents as they occur, but also maximizes our ability to predict and prevent potential risks. The QM Department retains a traditional structure, focused on three core risk/quality management functions: Regulatory Compliance, Critical Incident Management, and Continuous Quality Improvement.
