William T. (Bill) Gettman Jr.
Chief Executive Officer, Northern Rivers Family of Services
William T. (Bill) Gettman Jr. joined Northern Rivers Family of Services as Chief Executive Officer in July 2016. At a time when the organization enters a period of transformative change, he is responsible for the development and construction of a system of care that determines how Northern Rivers and member agencies Northeast Parent & Child Society and Parsons Child & Family Center care for children, adults and families. He provides strategic guidance, infrastructure oversight and administrative leadership to the 1,300-strong workforce.
President and Chief Operating Officer, Northern Rivers Family of Services
Audrey LaFrenier serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Northern Rivers Family of Services. In this role, she oversees the delivery of services to more than 11,000 children and families across thirty-seven counties in New York State each year. Upon the creation of Northern Rivers Family of Services in 2012, Ms. LaFrenier served as Chief of Services, overseeing client services at member agencies Northeast Parent & Child Society and Parsons Child & Family Center.
Chief Financial Officer, Northern Rivers Family of Services
As Chief Financial Officer of Northern Rivers Family of Services, Rich Marini oversees the fiscal management and information technology processes of the parent company and its member agencies, Northeast Parent & Child Society and Parsons Child & Family Center. Rich manages Northern Rivers’ budget of $85 million, ensuring fiscal stewardship and consistent alignment with the organization’s mission.
Kathleen (Katy) Hoffman
Chief Human Resources Officer
Kathleen (Katy) Hoffman, Esq., SPHR, SHRM-SCP joined Northern Rivers as Chief Human Resources Officer in July, 2016. She is responsible for providing strategic oversight of the Human Resources Department and supporting the 1,300-strong workforce of Northern Rivers and member agencies Northeast Parent & Child Society and Parsons Child & Family Center.
Executive Leadership, comprised of the Chief Executive Officer, President/Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, Client Services Division Chief Officers and Chief Compliance Officer, oversees the strategic direction of Northern Rivers and its member agencies, ensuring resources and support are available to further its mission and operation.
Senior Management generates strategic direction and oversees all Client and Central Services, directing the workforce of Northern Rivers and member agencies Northeast Parent & Child Society and Parsons Child & Family Center in mission-driven services and operations.
