As part of our ongoing efforts to increase efficiencies throughout the organization, we will soon complete implementation of an ADP eTime upgrade. On Tuesday, May 9, Northern Rivers and Northeast users will be upgraded to ADP Workforce v8 (Parsons users have already received this upgrade).
You only have a few days left to join the Northern Rivers team for this year’s CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge! The challenge is Thursday, May 18, at 6:25pm at the Empire State Plaza in Albany. All Workforce members are welcome to join.
A community Trauma Informed Care for Working With Human Trafficking Survivors training is slated for Friday, May 19, from 9 a.m. to noon at the SATRI facility on Academy Road. Representatives from the Schenectady County Anti-Trafficking Task Force and Safe Inc. will join members of our prevention staff and SATRI trainers in leading the training.
Spring means it’s almost time for Camp To Belong, and we need volunteers to help give some very special kids the week of a lifetime.
There’s a lot going on at Northern Rivers, and we understand that sometimes it can be hard to keep up with all the developments. We are a large, complex, geographically and programmatically diverse organization, and everyone is busy every day, but we still need to make the time to look each other in the eye and communicate face-to-face.
In response to the high demand for SATRI’s Motivational Interviewing training, we have added six additional sessions. All sessions will be held at the SATRI building on Academy Road.
As part of our ongoing evolution in response to the changing environment impacting our industry and in order to comply with new regulations, we continue to evaluate our structure and function as a division. In order to better support children, adults and families and to ensure that we are properly positioned in light of regulatory changes, we are happy to announce several leadership changes in our division.
