Meet the Team

Lori Favata
Executive Program Director

Lori joined Northern Rivers in 2005 as a clinician and has served in a variety of community-based, business development, managed care, and leadership positions over the past 15 years.

In her current role, she is responsible for the oversight and direction of the provision of home- and community-based services for children, adults, and families throughout more than 20 counties across New York state.

Jennifer Myers
Program Director

Jenn joined Unlimited Potential in 2005. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the human services field in addition to running a family business.

Before coming to Unlimited Potential, Jennifer worked for Transitional Services Association for 10 years as Director of the Supported Housing Program in addition to positions as mental health counselor, program supervisor, and AOT Intensive Case manager. She is a graduate of SUNY Albany.

Tracy McIntyre
Community Specialist

Tracy has been working at Unlimited Potential since 2000. She previously served on the board for the youth center, ran a family-care home, was a mental health worker for Four Winds, past president and later chair of board of directors for a volunteer emergency squad, a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, and assisted in the day-to-day operations of the Friendship Connection.
